Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes!
 
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping and 6-10 international shipping. International orders may take longer depending on the destination. Tracking numbers will be emailed after your order has been shipped out. Please get in touch with us on Instagram regarding questions about your order.
 
Q: How can I get a refund?
A: Orders can be returned for free within 7 days of the order being delivered for store credit and exchanges. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days from time of order was delivered.
 
Q: Can I do an exchange?
A: Sorry, unfortunately, we do not offer exchange.

Q: I was sent the wrong item or size. What do I do?

Q: It's been longer than the recommended shipping time and I have not received my order.
A: Please email your order number to info@avantlavie.com and let the team know that your order has not arrived within the recommended shipping time.
